We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Commercial team of a highly regarded national law firm in Adelaide. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, tight-knit team with the backing and resources of a national platform, working on high-impact matters across the health, aged care, and regulatory sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a wide range of commercial matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, consumer law, and commercial advisory work.
  • Work closely with clients in the health, aged care, and government sectors, navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national network to deliver seamless legal support.
  • Contribute to mentoring junior team members and knowledge sharing within the practice.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial law
  • Interest or experience in regulatory compliance, ACCC matters, or trade practices law.
  • Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in working with clients in highly regulated industries.
  • Experience in health or aged care is a bonus, but not essential, curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
