Responsibilities:

Aligned with the company's strategic development objectives, assist the Pickup CEO in executing various tasks to ensure the achievement of the pickup product business goals.

1.Lead user needs research, product planning, and lifecycle management for Changan Pickup in the Australian market.

2.Oversee product planning and management for the Australian market, including: Market selection, entry strategy, rollout timing, product pre-research, project initiation, and development execution.

3.Lead the team in driving Changan Pickup's business expansion in Australia.

4.Monitor the Australian market, competitors' activities, and ensure product definition aligns with market demands.

5.Develop marketing strategies and manage promotional projects for the Australian market.

6.Oversee market development projects, establish operational frameworks, and manage cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

1.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related technical fields preferred.

2.Work Experience:

2.1.Minimum 8 years in automotive product planning;

2.2.Must have comprehensive experience in pickup truck segament;

2.3.International product planning background is preferred;

2.4.Employment history with Ford, Toyota, Isuzu or similar OEMs is preferred.

3.Industry Knowledge:

3.1.Comprehensive understanding of global automotive industry trends;

3.2.Deep insight into emerging automotive technologies.

4.Professional Skills:

4.1.Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities;

4.2.Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic;

4.3.Outstanding logical reasoning capabilities.
