Brisbane, Queensland, Australia BOQ Group Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role

As Senior Manager, Network Delivery, you will drive transformation across BOQ Group's branch networks and distribution channels, shaping initiatives that deliver meaningful improvements for customers, bankers, and business performance.

You'll lead the Network Support team, providing expert advice and coaching to uplift efficiency and capability, while supporting operational overrides and escalations.

Your work will be at the heart of change management, ensuring solutions are effective, risks are managed, and benefits are realized.

You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, represent the network in strategic programs, and translate complex concepts into actionable insights for the retail banking network.

This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering sustainable, customer-focused results and is passionate about making a genuine impact.

About you

You bring proven experience in business transformation, project delivery, or change management within complex, regulated environments. Your strategic thinking and systems mindset allow you to see the big picture and align initiatives with long-term goals.

You're known for your ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups, and your communication skills—both written and verbal—are exceptional.

With a strong understanding of branch operations, you advocate for customer needs in every decision. You adapt quickly to change, work effectively across boundaries, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are desirable, and your passion for network strategy, distribution optimization, and customer experience design sets you apart.
