About the Role
As Senior Manager, Network Efficiency, you will drive operational excellence across our Retail Network and Proprietary Distribution channels.
Your mission is to identify, design, and implement process, platform, and policy improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and elevate both customer and employee experiences.
You'll be a subject matter expert in process improvement, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation to re-engineer processes and deliver commercial outcomes.
This role requires you to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and collaborating with stakeholders across the BOQ Group to deliver sustainable solutions at pace.
About you
You bring significant experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation roles within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Your track record demonstrates measurable efficiency gains and customer experience improvements.
You possess strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design, and Agile delivery, and are familiar with automation tools, AI applications, and digital workflow platforms.
Your approach is strategic and analytical, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
You excel at communicating complex ideas, leading change, and engaging stakeholders, and you thrive in environments where data-driven decision-making and innovation are valued.
