About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Branch Sales Representative to join our Queensland team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Growing sales and building strong customer relationships;
  • Effectively present and sell company products to current and potential clients;
  • Supporting customers with product knowledge and solutions;
  • Driving new business opportunities and meeting sales targets;
  • Providing excellent service to ensure repeat business;
  • Managing daily operations of the Rocklea branch independently;
  • Effectively communicate key information to the warehouse and other team members;

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales; (scaffolding sales highly recommended)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets;
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the branch team;
  • A current driver's licence (required);
  • Autonomy to complete tasks without constant supervision;
