The Role:

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence while ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs, prioritise tasks effectively, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Organised and proactive personal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels from store teams to senior executives.
  • Adaptable and ready to support a CEO across personal, calendar and a growing national retail business.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
