Key Requirements:

  • Working towards or successfully completed a Cert III or IV in Individual Support / Community Service or Aged Care (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of six (6) months' previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
  • Empathy & Patience: The ability to understand and connect with clients, offering unwavering support.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities to promote growth and engagement.
  • Flexibility: Adapting to changing client needs and scheduling requirements.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Working effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
  • Smart phone in good working order with active internet connection
  • Meets our team core values: excellence, integrity, leadership, & communication
  • Must be physically fit
  • Positive and friendly / Customer-focused
  • First Aid Training & CPR
  • Current drivers licence and road-worthy vehicle
  • Working with children check completed – employee
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Police Check no more than 12 month old with no outcomes
