We are on the lookout for psychologists who share our commitment to providing accessible mental health care and are passionate about supporting young people with therapy and assessments.
United Minds is a not-for-profit psychology clinic, with a mission to bridge the gap in access to psychological support. We deliver a range of services, including individual therapy, group programs, and assessments. Our team consists of clinicians with a range of skills and experience, and we strive to create a supportive environment for our employees to continually grow. We accept referrals through TAC, Workcover, NDIS, Medicare, VOCAT and self-funded.

What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- MUST be a fully registered psychologist with AHPRA
- Must work with children
- Must provide a current working with children's card and police check
- Be eligible for a Medicare provider number
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to United Minds values and mission
- Have at least 12 months experience as a fully registered psychologist.
We welcome early-career psychologists to apply. Please note that the stated salary range is based on experience and may vary accordingly. Mental health social workers are also welcome to apply
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Capacity to work with individuals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, AND adults)
- Experience in administering assessments (cognitive, educational, autism, ADHD) and confidently diagnosing neurodevelopmental differences
- An understanding of neuroaffirming practices
Benefits
- Annual salary starting $110,000-$135,000 pro rate, depending on experience plus annual bonuses
- Ability to salary sacrifice up to $15,900
