In the role of Executive Assistant, you will join the Group Executive, Business & Private Banking team that's committed to making a tangible difference to our customers while moving with speed.
The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive professional who enjoys being a trusted partner in a fast-moving environment. You will combine attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills and take pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, events, and expense reconciliation in line with company policies.
Leverage digital tools and AI platforms to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity.
Act as a liaison between the Group Executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Support divisional initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
Provide mentoring and guidance to other administrative professionals within the division.
