Program Manager, Medicine Stream

**About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide specialised expertise, management skills and services for the Medicine Stream, including leading, planning, implementing and reviewing initiatives that support improvement and collaboration across Metro North Health and its partners.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Support the Executive Director, HEI and the Program Director of the Medicine Stream in integrating the strategic direction and priorities of the Medicine Services with its associated programs, portfolios and facility departments.
Work collaboratively with the Medicine Services team to provide policy and strategic advice to the Director, HEI, and other stakeholders to inform decision making and governance direction to achieve deliverables with minimal slippage.
Undertake, and participate in ethical decision making and Queensland Health change management principles in the achievement of program goals
