Perth, Western Australia Monadelphous Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Monadelphous is seeking interest from HSE Advisors to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. Playing an essential role in the Port & East Pilbara team on recently awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HSE advice and expertise to the site team.

* Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.

* Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.

* Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA's, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.

* Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.

What you'll bring:

* Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/ or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred.

* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar HSE role.

* Previous contractor experience with BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto.

* Well established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.

* Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
