Your Opportunity

Primero is seeking HSE Advisors to join our Projects Team. We're expanding our HSE team due to a number of newly awarded projects.

Roster: 2:1

Your Key Responsibilities

* Understand and communicate Primero HSE procedures and legislative requirements on site in accordance with the project specific HSE Management Plans.

* Undertaking daily HSE inspections and observations on site.

* Play an active role in the delivery of HSE topics in the weekly toolbox and daily prestart sessions.

* Assisting with fitness for work requirements and daily welfare checks.

* Coach and guide HSR's in their legislative HSE requirements.

* Provide support guidance to employees in the creation of risk assessments (JHA's, Permits)

* Maintaining HSE notice boards.

What You 'Can Do'

*   Possess a Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety (Minimum requirement)

*   Have a minimum of 3+ years' experience within the construction industry

*   Demonstrated site experience in a similar role

*   Hold a current Provide First Aid / CPR certificate

*   Experienced with Incident Investigation Training (ICAM/Tap Root)

*   Have a OHS Construction Induction White / Blue Card

*   Demonstrate the Right to Work in Australia

*   Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug and Alcohol Screen
