The Role
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and inspiring Nominated Supervisor to lead our 39 place, two room Centre where children aged 2-5 years flourish. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who values relationships, supports their team, and shares our vision for excellence in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support a team of educators with a hands-on, collaborative approach
· Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and other regulatory requirements
· Foster positive relationships with families, children, staff, and the wider community
· Manage daily operations, staffing, enrolments, and educational program
· Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality practices across the service
About You:
· Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
· Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
· Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and relevant legislation
· Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
· A passion for creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
· Current First Aid, WWCC and Child Protection Training
