As one of our driven leaders you'll share your passion with those around you and empower your team to deliver memorable experiences for our customers. At Dan's you'll be surrounded by knowledgeable and passionate people who will support your journey of growth (and adventure)

Salary:  From $88,000 plus superannuation.

The ROLE:

  • Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
  • Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
  • Build a culture that is centred around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback as a pillar in your decision making
  • Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives and customer experience
  • Make the best use of the extensive resources and support to help you grow as a leader and build your team through training and development
