The Role:

You will support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain operational excellence. You'll be a key driver of team engagement, store performance, and brand representation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Assistant Store Manager experience, ideally within a premium or outlet retail environment.
  • A strong people leader who inspires, coaches, and develops team members to reach their full potential.
  • Operationally savvy, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Lead by example and being hands on with our sales and management team
