About the Role

A leading property compliance provider is seeking trade-qualified professionals to join its growing team as Compliance Inspectors. In this role, you'll conduct residential rental property inspections to ensure compliance with Victorian Minimum Standards legislation.

Full training and support will be provided to help you transition from the tools into a specialist compliance role.


About You

You'll bring a strong background in the building and construction industry – ideally trade qualified as a Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, or similar. This role is ideal if you're looking for a less physically demanding career path while still applying your technical knowledge.

Compliance or property experience is beneficial but not essential, as training is provided.

You will also demonstrate:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in assessments
  • Strong communication skills with renters and property managers
  • Professional presentation and service-oriented approach
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Requirements

  • Building/construction industry background (trade qualified preferred)
  • ABN (contractor position)
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
  • Reliable vehicle and smartphone
  • Professional presentation and strong time management
