About the role

In this pivotal role, you'll be working alongside top performance marketing experts in a dynamic environment where your passion for user-centric experiences and cross-functional collaboration will help achieve ambitious growth goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage, lead and optimize paid social campaign efforts across key markets
  • Partner with international growth marketing teams to provide strategic direction for paid social initiatives
  • Provide accurate and timely weekly reports for the team and stakeholders regarding campaign performance
  • Be the go-to person who will work closely with paid social and internal teams to ensure the best paid social practices and performance are consistently delivered
  • Participate in other marketing, product and growth activities as needed
  • Develop new approaches to improve both performance and efficiency
  • Drive growth in digital strategies across multiple parts of the funnel, and support efforts in various international markets

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience, particularly in paid social campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape across Channels, Platforms and Digital Environments, including paid social audio and video
  • A proven track record in leading international marketing campaigns and understanding regional nuances
  • Experience working with technical teams to prioritize platform and measurement requirements
  • Strong understanding of brand measurement tools and campaign optimization
