- Manage assigned contracts and supplier relationships
- Contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of Contract and Supplier Management policies procedures and governance frameworks
- Provide expert advice on contract conditions and administration
What you'll do:
As a Contract & Vendor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing assigned contracts and fostering supplier relationships. You will be responsible for coordinating the contractual performance of assigned contracts in line with the KPI Scorecard. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying and escalating contract and service delivery risks.
- Coordinate the contractual performance of assigned contracts in line with the KPI Scorecard
- Identify and escalate contract and service delivery risks
- Liaise with the Legal business unit to manage dispute and claim resolutions
- Prepare required Contract Management documentation
- Maintain the integrity of contract information
- Establish and maintain appropriate stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Proactively identify, manage, and advise on commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical, and supply chain risks associated with the contract

Your excellent communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels within the business effectively. Your analytical interpretation skills coupled with your problem-solving abilities make you adept at navigating complex situations.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Contract Management principles, frameworks, and practices
- Excellent communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud environment is desirable
- Process improvement capability
