We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Contracts and Vendor Team Leader to join our organization. As a key member of the Technology and Information Management Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of ICT contracts and vendor management.

">Job Description

The ICT Contracts and Vendor Team Leader is responsible for facilitating ICT contracts for products and services, conducting vendor risk assessments, and managing contracts through negotiation, performance management, governance, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the Technology and Information Management Leadership Team to plan and prioritize an annual work plan, establish and monitor contract performance according to Contract Management Plans.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate ICT contracts for products and services
  • Conduct vendor risk assessments
  • Manage contracts through negotiation, performance management, governance, and quality assurance
  • Plan and prioritize an annual work plan
  • Establish and monitor contract performance

In addition, you will provide coaching, training, and workload management support to your direct reports. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT sourcing and contract management (ideally 3+ years)
  • Certificate IV in Procurement and Contract Management
  • Experience in similar roles in government agencies
  • Team management experience
