As Community Manager at Alchemy Saunas, you'll be the engine behind our community experience. You'll connect members, partners, and local brands into something bigger than just sauna sessions, you'll help shape a movement around wellness and connection.

Community Building & Growth

• Nurture and grow our member community through digital comms, events, and partnerships.
• Manage memberships end-to-end, from onboarding, milestone celebrations and retention.
• Build and manage partnerships with aligned brands, local businesses, and influencers.
• Support corporate wellness and membership initiatives.

Events & Activations

• Plan and deliver community events that inspire belonging (member nights, themed sessions, wellness workshops).
• Manage the full event pipeline, from intake to pricing, logistics, delivery, and follow-up.

Member Experience & Support

• Celebrate member milestones and proactively gather feedback.
• Drive reviews, referrals, and positive word of mouth.

• This role includes evenings and weekends, with time in-venue to connect with members and lead the community experience.
