About the Role

We're looking for someone who can keep the clinic running smoothly while also bringing personality and creativity to the team. You'll be supporting patients, doctors, and the wider clinic operations in a role that's equal parts admin, patient care, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support doctors and patients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
  • Manage patient records and ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Handle inbound enquiries and assist patients with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Take initiative and bring your own ideas — we value individuality and creativity
  • Help us shape a company ethos that's warm, human, and a little different from the typical sterile medical clinic

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • No evenings or weekend work
