Your part in St Stephen's Hospital team
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the mixed Medical & Surgical Ward, including staffing and clinical service delivery.
You will apply your clinical and leadership skills to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient-centred care, working collaboratively with your team to achieve departmental, hospital and organisational-wide goals and foster a values-driven, safe environment.

Essential
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent and current AHPRA registration
- Recent experience in General Medical and/or Surgical Nursing
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within a multidisciplinary team, patients and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement
- Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice
- Qualifications people management and/or leadership
