Role Description:
We're looking for a Retail Tenancy Coordinator to manage approval processes for numerous tenancies, as part of a major building development project.

Located in Brisbane, you'll be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient opening of retail tenancies.
  • Managing retail leases agreements with landlords and tenants.
  • Overseeing design and approval processes.
  • Contract administration and stakeholder management in complex environments.
  • Managing construction fitout processes where required.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Retail Tenancy Coordinator (ie: you'll need retail leasing experience).

You'll also need:
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to manage internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Property, Leasing, Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
