DOGUE is Australia's leading dog boutique and spa network, offering grooming, day care and retail through our high-end store boutiques across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.

**About the Role**
DOGUE is currently seeking passionate and driven Retail & Salon Coordinators to join the team at DOGUE Bulimba on a full time, part time or casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the client retail experience, as well as booking and greeting grooming and play time customers. Duties include:

- Greeting our clients, both two and four-legged
- Handling enquiries, bookings and confirming appointments
- Co-ordinating staff and clients, ensuring the team are organised and run on time
- Achieving retail sales targets
- Processing payments and balancing the till
- Exceed customer expectations and ensure customer delight
- Take pride in product displays and store presence

You take pride in providing clients with an incredible experience. You are highly organised, willing and able to multitask and manage clients with respect at all times. We are looking for someone with
- Solid organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service instincts
- Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances
- Previous retail, salon coordinator or grooming salon experience beneficial
