What's the role?
Join Westpac's Group Business Control and Monitoring (BCM) team and play a key role in embedding risk practices across Group Sustainability.

You'll help shape and implement risk strategies, assess exposures, and guide remediation activities. This includes maintaining the Risk Profile, supporting regulatory engagement, and delivering governance reporting.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to Group Sustainability, simplify risk and control processes, and draw insights from data to influence business priorities. The role also involves coaching others, leading strategic initiatives, and contributing to a strong risk culture across the organisation.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
