About the role  

As the Programs Officer – Communications, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality communications across RACGP's GP Training programs. Reporting to the Training Programs Lead, you'll work closely with Marketing, IT, and Education teams to create and maintain web content, EDMs, and online learning resources for applicants and participants.

As our Programs Officer - Communications, you'll also:  

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of EDMs, digital content, and communications for Training Programs.
  • Maintain and enhance Training Program webpages and resources to support participants.
  • Build and accredit online learning modules on the RACGP Learning Management System.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and content coordination skills.
  • Experience managing competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and digital literacy (Microsoft Suite, LMS).
  • A can-do attitude and passion for supporting health education.
