About the role
We are seeking a Program Support Officer who play a vital role in supporting our Australian GP Training (AGPT) Program within our Wollongong region. Reporting to the Training Coordination Team Leader, you’ll oversee program logistics, facilitate communication with registrars and supervisors, and collaborate with medical educators, training coordinators, and partner organisations to drive seamless AGPT program delivery and continuous improvement.
**As a Program Support Officer, you'll**:
Coordinate and manage program logistics, including scheduling and organising registrar assessments, workshops, and training sessions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for registrars, supervisors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and support.
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for program activities to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements for efficient program delivery.
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills, including event coordination
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with program coordination and stakeholder support
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
