About the role

This role is permanent and full time, reporting to the Production and Warehouse Manager.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

  • Working in the golf production team - golf club assembly line
  • Picking and assisting with dispatching of orders (and preparing items for dispatch)
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of warehouse stock in line with company procedures and inventory control
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
  • Assisting with stock control, including regular stock counting
  • Adhering to company policy and procedure to maintain health and safety standards

Skills and experience

The right candidate will:

  • Have relevant previous experience working in assembly or warehouse roles
  • Is interested and willing to learn about custom golf clubs
  • Capable of manual work building clubs
  • Assist with warehouse work (incoming/ outgoing goods from time to time)
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic and take pride in their work
  • Pay close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
  • Work effectively and respectfully on an individual basis and as a team player
  • Be able to work 7-3pm each day
  • Forklift license preferred, but not essential
