Our Melbourne branch is seeking a a reliable tradesperson with electrical certification; who is dependable, friendly, and hands-on team member to grow our local presence and support our valued customers.

What You'll Do

In this varied, hands-on role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our VIC branch organised and our customers happy:

• Perform sauna heater & control unit servicing, installations, and minor repairs
• Develop and maintain safe electrical procedures for sauna servicing and installs
• Organise and liaise with external contractors when specialist works are required
• Carry out assembly and light carpentry tasks for saunas and timber products
• Perform warehouse operations: container unloads, stock counts, dispatches
• Coordinate and perform deliveries to customer sites, depots, and trade partners
• Provide post-sales customer support, troubleshooting, and on-site problem solving
• Keep warehouse and showroom organised, safe, and compliant

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on trade skills – carpentry, assembly, or timber experience; being comfortable with basic tools for assembly and maintenance tasks
• Current electrical certification or license – required for servicing sauna heaters & controls
• Driver's license – essential
• Forklift license preferred but not essential – if you don't have one, you must be willing to acquire it (SDS will support you)
• Sound customer communication skills – both with customers and internal teams: personable, professional, and solution-driven
• Strong problem-solving ability and a "get it done" attitude
• Computer literacy – CRM, Outlook, Excel, and freight systems for tracking jobs and stock. Computer literacy – able to update records, track jobs, and use CRM & Inventory software
• Organised, detail-focused & diligent – can prioritise tasks, resolve issues fast, and keep operations smooth.
• Bonus: Familiarity with sauna, timber, or wellness products

You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our VIC operations ramp up.
