We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to join our team and help us continue to thrive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Passion for coffee and the food and beverage industry.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
  • Experience in social media marketing and event planning.
  • Barista skills and knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
