Due to rapid growth within our business we are looking for an amazing Experienced BARISTA to join our team

What we are looking for:

- MUST have a minimum of 1 year in a similar barista position making speciality coffee.
- Confident with using the machine solo (LaMarzoccoo Coffee Machine)
- Ability to dial in coffee according to our recipes and brew ratios
- Confident in making grinder adjustments throughout the day
- Milk skills including texturing and basic latte art
- Excellent communication skills with both their team and customers
- Passionate about coffee
- Can do, hardworking, hands on attitude
- Well presented with a friendly attitude towards our customers
- Ability to work weekends when required and early mornings

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing all aspects of coffee and maintaining a high standard
- Making barista quality and premium coffee and serving in a timely manner
- Create and establish relationships with customers & regulars
- Focus on and maintain strong customer service at all times
- Assisting with opening and closing café duties
- Maintain general cleaning of café
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of coffee including but not limited to -setting the grind, managing the recipe, texturing milk, adjusting machine settings, quality control & cleaning.
- Act as an all rounder when needed and assist with serving customers and preparing coffee and food orders
- Serving tables and customers
