About the Role

We're looking for a driven and service-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you'll focus on recruiting and building our casual Residential Youth Worker talent pool to meet growing labour hire demand across Queensland.

This is a performance-based role that blends customer service with fast-paced recruitment. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while meeting weekly and monthly placement targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment of Residential Youth Workers for casual labour hire assignments
  • Deliver a professional and responsive experience to all candidates and clients
  • Create targeted job ads and run effective recruitment campaigns
  • Understand client needs and match talent accordingly for the best fit
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records using our internal software
  • Ensure timely placements that align with compliance and quality service expectations
What You'll Bring
  • A self-motivated, ethical, and professional approach to your work
  • Proven ability to assess candidate suitability and align talent with client requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
  • Confidence using recruitment software, databases, email, and Microsoft Office
  • A current driver's licence
  • Experience in Youth Work or the community services sector (highly desirable but not essential)
