The Role:

We are looking for a conscientious Customer Service Clerk to join our collaborative Sydney team in a permanent full-time role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hours: 10am to 6pm
  • Investigations daily to locate delivery information
  • Accurate entry & reporting of data
  • Providing tracking explanations to internal enquires via email
  • Customer service contact providing tracking explanations to customers
  • Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
  • Complete address change information for packages when required
  • Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
  • Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
  • Customer service experience Customer Focus
  • Previous experience in an operational environment
