Be responsible for creating and executing private functions and special events across 3 private spaces on Thornbury's High Street. This is as much of a sales role as it is curating events. Hospitality experience essential, this role is extremely rewarding, flexible and day time hours with the odd evening.

  • Highly organised individual with ability to prioritise & attention to detail

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an events and administration based role
  • Strong hospitality background and experience essential
  • Passion for creating full experience for clients from moment of enquiry through to post event follow-up
  • Exceptional relationship building capability (internal & external) including corporates and longstanding regulars
  • Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple activities & venues
  • Proficient in technology (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Must have their own laptop
  • Ability to manage & prioritise incoming business requests to maximise sales potential
  • Experience in collating and preparing week and monthly reports and financials
