What you'll be doing

•    Leading a small team to deliver high-quality asphalt and road maintenance work

•    Operating plant and machinery safely and efficiently

•    Coordinating traffic control and site safety

•    Keeping work on track – on time, on budget, and done right

•    Being a team player and a trusted face in the community

What you'll need

•    Roadworks or civil construction experience

•    White Card, HR Licence, Traffic Management + High Risk Dogging ticket

•    Confidence leading others and solving on-site issues

•    A can-do attitude and a focus on safety, teamwork and quality
