Westoz Tools & Mining Supplies is proudly independently owned and has been trading since 2008. Over the years, we've built a leading eCommerce platform and a busy retail store in Osborne Park, with a second location recently opened in Landsdale to better serve our growing customer base and importing division.

We take pride in supplying quality tools and equipment from trusted brands such as Milwaukee, Makita, and DeWalt, backed by competitive pricing and friendly, prompt customer service.

About the position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and business development who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment.

Working closely with the Managing Director and a close-knit team, you'll enjoy both flexibility and autonomy to make decisions, build strong relationships, and contribute directly to the success of the business.

As we expand, you will be required to spend time between both locations, providing support and ensuring a consistent, high level of service across each site.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in-store, online, and phone customers with product and technical enquiries
  • Accurately identifying the right products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Supporting the team in driving sales growth and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or business development
  • Strong ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ambition to excel
  • Solid computer literacy and comfort using digital sales tools
