ATOM is on the hunt for a detail-focused, process-driven Purchasing Officer to support the smooth operation of our supply chain by owning the transactional integrity of our purchasing systems. This role sits at the heart of ATOM's procurement engine—ensuring every purchase order is accurate, compliant, and timely.

As a Purchasing Officer, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your precision and ERP proficiency contribute directly to business continuity and customer satisfaction. While you won't be negotiating with vendors or forecasting stock, your ability to execute flawlessly will underpin our commercial and operational goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute Purchase Orders: Raise and maintain POs in line with system triggers and business rules.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Validate quantities, pricing, and vendor information, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Drive System Compliance: Maintain audit trails and follow workflows in our ERP and inventory systems.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our Master Data, Finance, and Category teams to keep everything aligned.
  • Support the Network: Respond to Branch Operations inquiries and ensure purchase visibility across the system.
