About the Role

You'll be working on trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery – learning from experienced mechanics while getting paid. It's a hands-on role where you'll build real skills and earn your Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

Duties

  • Help and learn from qualified mechanics
  • Fix and service trucks, trailers, and plant equipment
  • Use different diagnostic tools
  • Keep the workshop safe and tidy
  • Pitch in with general workshop tasks

Skills and Experience

  • A real interest in mechanics and how things work
  • At least a P1 driver's licence (Class C)
  • Team player vibes – good communication and positive attitude
  • Willing to travel to Dubbo for TAFE blocks
