Hi Tech Gaming is seeking motivated, high quality and energetic Gaming Machine Technicians to join our team based in regions across NSW, including the Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow & Muswellbrook areas

Hi Tech Gaming, is a trusted Gaming Services Provider which was established in 2003 with offices in Mudgee, Blue Mountains, Bathurst, Muswellbrook and Sydney. We provide high quality, reliable Gaming Services to the Club and Hotel Industry.

Our field service technicians play an important role out on the road visiting our client's premises rectifying faults, relocating equipment and performing preventative maintenance.

The role includes:

  • Providing breakdown servicing of all Gaming equipment, including poker machines, TAB, Keno and Data Monitoring
  • Installations and relocation of all Gaming Equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 25kg+ as required for installations and relocations
  • Routine preventative maintenance
  • Phone and face to face support and troubleshooting with clients
  • Being able to diagnose faults on a wide range of equipment
  • Update & keep detailed records in our job system of all work performed

Essential attributes:

  • Proven recent, relevant experience in a Gaming environment, IT role or in the electronics repair industry, or similar
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • A friendly, confident customer service manner
  • Excellent communication skills & phone manner
  • Confident, outgoing personality, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Well presented
  • Ability to work productively and manage time without supervision
  • A current NSW class C drivers license
  • Ability to work a rotating weekend roster
  • Team player
  • Australian work authorisation required

Desirable attributes:

  • Poker Machine technician's licence
  • TAB and Keno servicing experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learner
  • Logical thinker
  • A good understanding of the Club and Hotel Industry
  • Clean criminal record. A Police check must be completed to qualify for a NSW Gaming Machine technician's licence
