About the Role:
The role of a Program Analyst & Support Officer provides analysis and support to the Independent Third Persons Program (ITP) and Corrections Independent Support Officer (CISO) program under the supervision of the Program Coordinator.
Some of your duties will include:
- Entering and reviewing program data
- Monitoring and actioning communication via the shared ITP inbox.
- Supporting recruitment, training and development of volunteers, and assisting in organising and running volunteer events.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of and/or experience working in the Criminal Justice System and/or the Human services sector including understanding of issues relating to disability.
- An understanding of the nature of working with a volunteer workforce including experience supporting volunteers.
Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
