Exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join Digital Notifications team within Personal Banking

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be joining Digital Notification team in Personal Banking, that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support the scoping and shaping of key digital notifications use cases and other digital notifications initiations across Servicing, Sales, engagement and Safety focus areas.
  • Lead activities of gathering, analysing and define business and data requirements, working with various stakeholders, leading workshops and supporting the E2E delivery of notifications initiatives across digital, data, marketing and technology delivery teams.
  • Ensure strong engagement with Enterprise Data, Customer Decisioning & Data Science, Product Domains and Marketing to deliver outcomes and enable efficiencies across the program
  • Delivery of business outcomes using Agile Ways of Working in collaboration with the value chain (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Enterprise Data and POs etc)

What you will bring:

  • Digital/delivery experience or driving digital outcomes
  • Agile Ways of Working
  • Business Analyst and/or Project Management
  • Financial Services industry and knowledge of Agile ways of working (desirable)
