About the role

Sprouts School of Early Learning - Margaret River is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Cert III or Diploma qualified professional, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in a supportive and nurturing environment. This is a full-time position located in Margaret River, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Observe, document and assess children's development to inform curriculum planning and individualised support
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
  • Ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained learning environment
  • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team to provide the best possible outcomes for children

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Experience working in a similar role within the childcare industry
  • Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
