Legacy Club Services (LCS) provides a suite of services that support participating Legacy clubs and their operations to provide quality services to their beneficiaries.

About the role

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Fundraising, Marketing and Communications (FMC) Team at our office in Sydney. The position is being offered on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for implementing and enhancing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, to increase brand awareness and drive conversions in line with campaign objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities across all channels, including social media, SEM, SEO, eDM and SMS.
  • Design, implement, and optimise customer journeys and marketing automations across digital platforms to enhance engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Maintain website and landing pages, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the FMC Department and other departments to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with their needs and goals.
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Develop creative assets such as graphics, videos and other visual content on behalf of the FMC Team and other stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Digital Marketing/related-degree or previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of paid ad campaigns, website management, email marketing, customer journeys, social media marketing, and analytics
  • Superior writing and communication skills across various mediums and audiences
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Shopify or similar
  • IT savvy with proficiency in a range of digital marketing tools such as eDM marketing tools, CRM, Google and Meta
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders

Highly regarded:

  • Experience editing videos for social media
  • Experience using a range of design applications such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of the non-profit sector
