Commercial Landscaping Estimator – Maintenance

Sky Gardens Group delivers premium commercial green infrastructure across Sydney's most iconic buildings — vertical gardens, rooftop landscapes and high-end grounds maintenance.

We're looking for a Commercial Landscaping Estimator to support both maintenance and construction projects. This role prepares submitting tenders, accurate quotes, BOQs and scopes for green walls, softscape works, irrigation, plant replacements and recurring horticultural maintenance.

What you'll do:

• Estimate maintenance contracts and project works

• Complete take-offs from drawings and specifications

• Build BOQs, scopes and cost breakdowns

• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for pricing

• Attend site inspections and tender briefings

• Support tender submissions and proposal documents

• Work closely with the Department Manager, Operations Manager and BD team

What you bring:

• Experience estimating in landscaping, horticulture or construction

• Ability to read plans and complete quantity take-offs

• Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail

• Good communication and confidence working independently

• Advantageous: irrigation, green walls, hydroponics (training provided)
