About the Company

Our client is a long-established civil and landscaping contractor known for delivering high-quality parks, open spaces, and urban infrastructure. As they continue to grow their Sydney operations, they're seeking a skilled Estimator to join the team.

About You

  • 5+ years' estimating experience in landscaping, civil, or related fields
  • Strong cost planning, tendering, and documentation review skills
  • Confident communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
  • Full Australian working rights and local industry experience

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing detailed estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and documentation to determine scope and risk
  • Sourcing and analysing subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Assisting with internal handovers and supporting delivery teams
