A unique opportunity exists for an experienced **Showroom Manager** at our **Penrith Showroom.**

This is a full-time role with some real work/life balance - **Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm**.

**Your "New" Day to Day**:

- Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions
- Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities
- Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS.
- Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
- Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the showroom.
- Processing orders and hire contracts
- Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
- Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses
- Managing your team members; creating staff rosters, approving time sheets and assisting with recruitment
- Training and motivating team members to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensuring that sales plans are achieved

**ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia. This role will require you to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
