**Independent Living Specialists (ILS)** is one of the largest healthcare equipment providers in Australia. With 60 retail stores, 15 warehouses and 800+ staff across four states and more to come, we are a company on the move. Our growth recognises our industry leadership in solutions, innovation and quality customer service across retail, home care, hospital and pressure care, and configured mobility. A unique opportunity exists for an experienced **Showroom Manager** at our **Penrith Showroom.** This is a full-time role with some real work/life balance - **Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm**. **Your "New" Day to Day**: - Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions - Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities - Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS. - Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more... - Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the showroom. - Processing orders and hire contracts - Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement - Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses - Managing your team members; creating staff rosters, approving time sheets and assisting with recruitment - Training and motivating team members to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensuring that sales plans are achieved **What's In It For You**: - Monday to Friday / 9 am to 5 pm - Competitive salary package - Inclusion in ILS Incentive Scheme - Employee benefits and rewards - Professional and supportive team environment - Ongoing extensive training and coaching - Company Paid Parental Leave - Birthday leave day **ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia.
