We're looking for a
Social Media Ads & Marketing Specialist
to take charge of our digital presence across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
. You'll be the go-to person for creating, managing, and tracking ad campaigns — making sure we're not just running ads, but running them smartly.

At HSA Finance, we are a dynamic and growing financial services firm dedicated to providing expert mortgage and business finance solutions

What You'll Do:

  • Create and manage paid campaigns across Meta & LinkedIn
  • Track performance and optimise campaigns for the best ROI
  • Work on ad strategies for both
    our business and small business clients
    we partner with
  • Collaborate with our team to bring fresh marketing ideas to life
  • Manage reporting and insights so we know what's working (and what's not)

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience creating and managing social media ads (Meta & LinkedIn)
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, optimisation, and reporting
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a flair for marketing
  • Finance industry experience is a bonus — but definitely not essential
  • Someone who's excited to make an impact and grow with us
