Hours & Contract Period

We are searching for a freelance graphic designer for
hours per week
for a
3-month contract
, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right candidate.

The Project

We're seeking a versatile creative with strong technical design skills to refine and expand our brand toolkit. You'll be working with our existing brand templates and assets to deliver a polished suite of materials that reflect Urban Rest's design-led approach.

Scope of Work

  • Lead a brand refresh of various marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Review and manage existing logos and brand assets, outputting files in multiple formats for organisation-wide use.
  • Create brand-aligned templates for Google Suite and Microsoft Office (docs, slides, sheets).
  • Design promotional documents in Adobe InDesign using paragraph and object styles.
  • Develop property signage using Adobe Illustrator, working with supplied plans and elevations.
  • Create high-quality, realistic 3D icons for use across multiple brand touch points.
  • Design graphics and templates for social media.

Deliverables

  • Adobe working files
  • PDFs, JPG/PNG exports
  • Microsoft Office file formats (doc, pptx, xls)

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to create structured templates with consistent styling.
  • Confidence in producing both 2D and 3D design assets.
  • A clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with a premium yet approachable brand.
  • Previous experience designing physical signage or working with plans is a plus.
