The Role

Arkular is currently seeking an Architectural Graduate.  This role will have you jumping headfirst into new and innovative projects that are extraordinarily progressive and exciting while ensuring the client's experience is exceptional. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Graduate looking to experience Modular Architecture and has had industry experience in supporting, documenting, designing and delivering exceptional projects.

The role will give you the opportunity to learn and collaborate with some of the industry's most competent individuals while actively participating in our expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept design in collaboration with our Architects
• Prepare and lodge accurate and timely town planning packages
• Complete accurate and timely architectural drawing packages for contracts
• Engage and coordinate required planning consultants, engineers and sustainability consultants
• Coordinate projects in all stages, from design development through to construction administration
• Work in collaboration with our Architects
• Work on updating and adding to a reference library of standard details

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 - 5+ years post-graduate experience
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Lumion visualisation experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Broad documentation knowledge across a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial realms
• Experience in coordinating consultants & authorities
• Experience and understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and necessary requirements for safety, health & amenity and sustainability in the design & construction of new buildings
• Experience in design presentation and an interest in graphics
• Passionate about design and a willingness to work with like-minded people
