About the Role

We are looking for a high-level therapist/consultant who can:

  • Conduct professional scalp & hair loss consultations using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Confidently recommend and sell personalised treatment programs & products
  • Deliver luxury scalp care and hair regrowth treatments to the highest standard
  • Build strong, trusting client relationships through expertise and empathy

Salary & Benefits

  • $80,000 – $90,000 annual salary

Who We're Looking For

  • Senior beauty / scalp therapist with 3+ years experience in scalp, trichology, hair loss, or advanced beauty treatments

  • OR candidates with similar senior-level experience such as:

  • Sales & marketing (consultative, health/beauty focus)

  • Trichologist or hair/scalp specialist
  • Life coach or wellness consultant with strong client-facing skills
  • Senior beauty therapist or related management experience
  • Strong consultation & sales ability – confident in closing treatment packages
  • Excellent treatment skills with a luxury service mindset
  • Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
  • Must be available on some weekends
  • Must be available to work 1 day weekly on weekends
  • Must have Australian work rights for this position

Locations: Miranda (Westfield) & St Leonards (Lower North Shore)
